Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Aerovus platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aerovus.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aerovus platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Aerovus provides a simulated paper trading platform, trading challenges, wealth account tracking, and portfolio analytics tools. All trading activity on the platform is simulated and does not involve real money or real securities transactions. Aerovus is not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aerovus. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Simulated Trading Disclaimer

All trades executed on Aerovus are simulated using virtual funds. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future real-world results. Aerovus does not provide investment advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading real securities involves substantial risk of loss.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) manipulate leaderboards or challenge results through automated means; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; (d) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; or (e) reverse-engineer or scrape any part of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Aerovus — including the brand, design, code, text, graphics, and data — is owned by or licensed to Aerovus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerovus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aerovus at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
